The Payment Schedule
We split the total package price of $16,495 into three milestones to match your training progress.
1. The Commitment

2. The Solo Phase

At 20 Hours / First Solo

3. The Finish Line

- ✓ Triggers when you reach 40 Flight Hours.

We provide the essential tools you need to train.

- • Online Ground School: Access code for a complete online course.

💸 Exam Fees
You pay the testing centers directly; we reimburse you.

FAA Written Exam:
Reimbursement for the testing center fee (up to $175) for your first attempt only.

DPE Checkride Fee:
Reimbursement for the examiner's fee for your first attempt only.
Cap: $800. If your chosen examiner charges more than the regional standard ($800), you cover the difference.
How Flight Circle Works
The "Bonus Credit" System
Because this package is discounted, the math in our scheduling software can look a little weird. Here is the trick:
When you pay the $16,495 total, we actually credit your account with the Full Retail Value ($17,745).
- You will see a "Package Adjustment" bonus credit on your ledger.
- We bill flights at the standard hourly rate ($165 plane / $60 instruction).
- Because we "over-funded" your account, the balance burns down correctly to cover the full 60 hours.
The Headset Rule
Your package includes a brand new Bose A30 or Lightspeed Delta Zulu.
The Rule:
We order your headset the day you PASS YOUR FAA WRITTEN EXAM.
Why? It's the best motivation in the world to get the boring bookwork done early. Trust us on this.
The Knucklehead Guarantee
The national average to get a PPL is 60-70 hours. If you need more time than the 60 hours included in this package, we don't punish you with "standard street rates."
Once your package funds are depleted, you lock in our discounted "Package Partner" rates for as long as you need to finish:
